Our catering terms and conditions (AGB`S) tight and crisp

Lead times, scope of application and orders:
In principle, a catering enquiry or order with a lead time of 2 working days is desirable in order to be able to guarantee delivery on the desired date. Of course, we also try to fulfil orders at short notice if we have the necessary capacity.
By placing an order by telephone or in writing by 3 p.m. of the previous day at the latest, the customer recognises the following terms and conditions. All offers are subject to change.

Delivery times: We deliver from Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 16:00.
Different delivery times by arrangement.
On weekends we deliver catering by arrangement only.

Delivery area: Our delivery area includes the Frankfurt city area. Outside the Frankfurt city area only by arrangement.

Delivery costs: In the Frankfurt city area we charge a delivery fee of EUR 24.00. Outside the Frankfurt city area we charge a delivery fee of EUR 38.00. You are welcome to pick up your order personally. Please do not hesitate to contact us! For deliveries on weekdays after 6.00 pm we charge an additional delivery fee of EUR 20.00 per delivery. On Sundays and public holidays we charge a flat rate of EUR 50.00 per order.

If we do not meet anyone at the agreed collection point for our equipment and it is necessary to collect it again, we will charge a flat-rate delivery fee at the above prices.

Packaging: We also deliver our finger food individually packaged according to customer requirements. Generally on beautiful ceramic plates, glass jars or melamine crockery. Minimum order value: The minimum food order value for each order is EUR 150 net. We reserve the right to charge for any shortfall in quantity.

Prices & payment: All prices are net plus VAT. You can pay conveniently by invoice. MAINGAU Hotel und Gaststättenbetrieb Otto Stelz & Co OHG is authorised to increase prices if the wages and costs on which the agreed remuneration is based increase and if there are more than four months between the conclusion of the contract and the delivery or handover to the customer. Invoices are payable 14 days after invoicing without deduction. We charge reminder fees for each reminder sent after default has occurred.

Withdrawal, cancellation & number of participants: Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 4 days before the event. Cancellations 3-1 days before the start of the event will be charged 90% of the offer. Cancellations on the day of the event will be charged at 100% of the offer. The client is obliged to inform us of the exact number of people, definitive food and drink selection up to 3 days before the start of the event.

All prices are subject to VAT at the statutory rate.
On request, we will be happy to provide you with a personalised offer including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices in the event of increases.
